Okay, so I have to admit that I choose the feature image here because the colours were beautiful and it’s the kind of market stall I wish that we had more of in the UK. And while getting a “rainbow” of fruit and veggies into our diet is important, there is of course a lot more to it than that when it comes to fuelling our bodies for optimal health.
